Quick Casting - Cast actions without needing to wait for the animation to be completed.

In the vanilla game, when a character casts an action, its animation needs to be completed first before they can cast another. Additionally, their movement is locked while casting and remains locked during the early part of the action's animation.
Most actions apply their effects halfway through their animations, but the caster is still forced to wait out the remaining duration, which slows down battle. Some can even lock the caster's movement until the animation is fully completed.
This is especially frustrating with actions like Flare and Scathe which can lock a character out of battle for a long time.
This mod allows casting actions without needing to wait for the animation to be completed.
An action will now be completed once it hits all its targets, rather than when its animation ends.
Additionally, a character will now be able to move again once their character animation (e.g. waving hand) is completed.
These changes create a more responsive and engaging battle experience.
I recommend adjusting the battle speed in the game's configuration menu to match the quicker action casting.
Also note that this mod will not change how many animations can be cast simultaneously. So, if the is reached, an animation will still need to be awaited, unless a mod like is used.
