The workshop was specifically created as an alternative and helper to The Insurgent's Toolkit.

To avoid redundancy, information about various file formats will not be listed in this wiki again. So you need to refer to the toolkit and its wiki for that.

The same applies to how to create a mod out of the modified files with the workshop.

I highly recommend switching between using the workshop and the toolkit whenever you think that one will get the job done easier and faster than the other.
